Other Info.
Ram It Racing was formed at the end of 2005. Dan had been racing his TZR for two years in the Yamaha Past Masters (YPM) class and Paul had been competing in the Supersport400 class for a year on an Aprillia RS250. Craig had been going to support for a year and decided he wanted in.
The team elected to compete in YPM with the British Motorcycle Race Club (Bemsee), all riding Yamaha TZR250 Motorcycle s, in what is renowned as one of the most competitive classes a club racer can ride in.
2006 and 2007 saw the team collecting many wins and trophies, but for 2008 we are branching out to try a few different things.
Dan has invested in a CBR600 to race in the ultra diverse ThunderMotorcycle class. The Motorcycle s he will be contending with include tricked up SV700 twins, Ducatis, highly tuned supersport 400cc machines and of course other 600 Motorcycle s.
Craig has decided to stay on a TZR for a full season of YPM action, except for 2008 he has a machine fitted with an excellent Graham File engine. Consequently, expect to see the Fatboy tustling at the front.
Paul has bought a Yamaha R6, primarily to contend the Manx GP on the Isle of Man. As well as going to the island, he will be competing in the MRO Stocksport 600 class to get up to pace on the high speed 2006 machine.
As well as the invaluable backing of the Rammettes (you know who you are), the team is lucky enough to be supported by one of the best mechnics in the business, Gavin Price.
