Payment is via the secure
PayPal system.
Delivery
Normal
delivery time to mainland UK is 3 to 6 working days, over 80% of items are delivered within 6 working days.
However please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If dispatch will be over 28 days we will notify you by e-mail.
If you have provided an "Unconfirmed" PayPal payment there may be a delay of 5 working days before the items are dispatched to ensure payment has cleared.
Most goods are dispatched directly from the suppliers (Motrax, BikeIT, B&C Express etc) so it is not possible to provide exact delivery times or tracking information.
Delivery Charges and Shipping P&P is £4.95 for orders under £99.99 and free for orders
over £100. Parcels will normally be sent "recorded" delivery
and you will need to sign for the goods upon receipt.
Delivery Address Items will
only be delivered to the address registered on the customers PayPal
account. Motorbike-Crazy.com reserves the right to refuse delivery to
"Unconfirmed" address.
If you supply an incorrect address or you are away for several days, resulting in a failed delivery, you will be billed for the re-delivery charges, which are £9.00.
Delivery Outside the UK - Delivery to addresses out side the UK is possible but please contact
Motorbike-Crazy.com for delivery cost before ordering. This will only
be considered for orders over £50.
If you place an order without checking the additional delivery costs we will invoice you for the additional cost. The item will not be sent until this is paid. If it is not paid within 7 days the order will be cancelled, as detailed in the "cancellations before the item has been dispatched" section below.
If you choose not to pay the additional delivery fee you will be given a refund as detailed in the "cancellations before the item has been dispatched" section below.
Tax Charges The prices displayed
for goods in our shop include UK VAT at 17.5% which is paid at source. No VAT is payable to Motorbike-Crazy.com therefore no VAT will be shown on your PayPal receipt.
Credit Card Payments We
accept all major credit and debit cards via the PayPal secure payment
system.
Payment Security PayPal

Catalogue The Motorbike-Crazy.com
shop includes product photos. These are taken from the suppliers web
site, the photos may vary slightly in colour to the actual product.
Photos are used for "display purposes only" and actual items
may vary slightly. For items that fit several Motorcycles (such as screens)
the photo is a generic representation of the actual product for your
chosen Motorcycle.
Out Of Stock (items that can not be delivered within 28 days) - if an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible. However we do supply products from several high quality motorcycle part suppliers. Therefore we reserve the right to supply an alternative item that meets or exceeds the specification of the one detailed in the shop.
Cancellations
After The Goods Have Arrived; Customers
have the right to cancel the contract to purchase an item within seven
working days of its delivery. This applies to all our products with
the exception of video's, DVD's, audio and video games and other software
products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel the purchase contract you need to e-mail Motorbike-Crazy.com (click HERE to E-mail Motorcycle-Crazy), stating the
reason for return, we will then supply the return address.
Please carefully package
the relevant item securely and return it to the address supplied so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that
the item was delivered to you.
We strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the
item(s) to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item
is faulty.
You should be aware
that once we have begun the delivery process your right to "Contract
Cancellation" does not include our charges to you for postage and packaging. Once we have received the item(s) back from you (providing they are in the
condition as dispatched to you) we will refund the relevant part of
the purchase price for that item, minus a 20% or £7.50 (whichever
is the most) administration & re-stocking charge.
Before The Item Has Been Dispatched; If for any reason you decide
to cancel your order before it has been dispatched you will receive
a refund, minus a 20% or £7.50 (whichever is the most) administration & re-stocking
charge.
Please allow up to 21 days for a refund.
If you need to cancel your order before it has been received you must
E-mail your cancellation along with your original PayPal receipt to

Not Available Within Normal Delivery Times; If the item(s)
you order is not available for delivery within our delivery times detailed
above, we will contact you with details of the likely delivery date. In such circumstances you have the option to cancel your order, if you would rather not
wait for the item.
After a Failed Delivery you will receive a refund minus the administration & re-stocking and, if applicable, re-delivery fees.
Refunds and Returns If you
receive any item(s) that is different to that which you ordered, please
return it to us within 7 days from receipt using the method with which
it was sent to you, please ensure you include a copy of the PayPal receipt. When we receive the item(s) back we will contact
you and offer you the correct product or a full refund within 21 working
days.
The item must be returned in the same condition as dispatched
to you.
If you receive any item that is damaged or faulty, please return it
to us within 7 days from receipt using the method with which it was
sent to you, please ensure you include a copy of the PayPal receipt. When we receive the item(s) back we will contact you and
offer you the correct product or a full refund within 21 working days.
Return Address - Please do NOT return items directly to Motrax, BikeIt etc. You MUST contact Motorbike-Crazy.com before returning an item. Please contact us by E-Mail (click HERE to E-mail Motorcycle-Crazy) and we will supply the return address as necessary to resolve the problem ASAP.
Guarantees Every product
purchased from us is guaranteed for 12 months, if your purchase fails
in some way within this period you may return it to us and we will repair
or replace it. This guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage
caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage, incorrect fitting, wear
and tear, lack of adherence to any service requirements or any form
of corrosion. All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
Exchange - sizing charts are available on the web site, these are provided to ensure you order the correct size.
However if the goods you order do not fit you can exchange them, as long as you contact us within 7 days of the goods arriving. The goods must be unused.
To exchange please contact us for the return address. Also note there will be a 20% or £7.50 (whichever
is the most) administration & re-stocking charge and a £7.50 re-delivery fee.
Crash Helmets CAN NOT be exchanged. This is because we can not guarantee there condition after they have been received and handled.
Goods other than clothing will not be exchanged, unless they are faulty.
Complaints If you have any
reason to complain about the service you have received please contact

We will reply ASAP and will provide you with a likely time scale for
resolving your complaint. We will keep you informed about the progress
of your complaint.
Fitting Of Goods
Good have basic fitting instructions but some mechanical/electrical knowledge is needed. "Universal" items such as indicators and rear lights may require a change of connectors, to standard bullet or spade connectors, on the motorbike.
